You have received your educational foundation here at Lowell State, but let us remember that a foundation is to be built upon. Therefore, do not feel that your education ends with the receiving of your degree. You must continue to study so that you may constantly improve yourself in the skills and knowledges of your chosen profession. Let us vow to go on in the learning process so that we may build and strengthen that foun- dation keeping in mind the words of Euripides who once said, Whoso neglects learning in his youth, loses the past and is dead for the future.
