No one who attended Class Day of 1953 will ever forget it— for numerous reasons. First, this was the day that we returned to our own campus, and, greatly as we appreciated the hospitality of our L. Our hat size was just a little larger after this event, and. though our throats were raw from all the excite- ment, we ended our Sophomore year feeling that the world was bright and gay.
