Most of the Class of 1977 began their studies at the Park Square campus, others were part of the first con- tingent who came to the Harbor Campus on a clear, bright sunlit day in January of 1974. I am sure you realize that Commencement is a beginning in the life-long search for educational oppor- tunities, and I do hope that over the years you will be coming back to UMass!Boston to let us share with you, and you with us, the everchanging insights into the complexities of the society in which we live.
