One small step for man, one giant step for mankind. A new frontier which presents the world with a new hope, a new dream - that there is a place where the civilizations of the world can start anew, with unity, peace, and understanding among all - this is what man's first steps on the moon represented. We, as newly graduated nurses have new hopes and dreams too. ln a sense, we are starting anew ourselves. As we dedicate our new lives, let us look forward to the future with our eyes looking up and our efforts reaching out, striving for a unity among all peoples. With this in mind, we dedicate PLEDGE 70 to the concept of UNITY, hoping this concept will become something tangible, and hoping that each of us may play a part in making it so.
