F ONE word may be said to characterize recent history, it is surely insecurity . The modern man feels insecure for his safety, his self-confidence and in many cases even in his ideals and moral standards. But to give up hope is unthinkable to the young men and Women of the present. lt is they who must struggle to maintain moral standards in a materialistic world. And they will be success- ful so long as they recognize the distinction between an ideal and an expedient. While there are political clubs in our universities there will be discussion of current problems. The one hope against cynicism is that such organizations will neither die from within nor be suppressed from without. Hannna Deha Left to Right: Oscar Domke fPres.J, Rev.
