DEDICATION Assistant Professor Justin O. Johnson We, the class of 1960, hereby dedicate this third edition of the Umpire to Assistant Professor Justin O. Johnson who for the past fourteen years has given devoted service to .Portland Junior College and The University of Maine in Portland. Professor Johnson was born in Sullivan, Maine and received his Bachelor of Science degree at Colby College. He also did graduate work with The University of Chicago. Professor Johnson has taught at Good Will High School, Colby College, Yarmouth High School, Waterville Sr. and Jr. High School, Prin- cipal of Blue Hill Academy, Portland Junior College, and The University of Maine in Portland. His explanations of mathematics have been a great inspiration to his students. We wish to express our appreciation for Professor Johnson's service to this campus and we deeply regret his leaving. 3
