, ,f 1 awamw , aav , Q On Coed Night men and girls join in the fun. Open to all Women enrolled at Wash- ington State College, the Women's Ath- letic Association strives to provide a varied program of sports activities, and to encourage the further develop- ment of good sportsmanship. Throughout the year there are tourna ments in various sports such as volley- ball, fistball, and basketball. Co-Ed Nights provide fun for both men and Women in volleyball, square dancing, and softball. A council composed of representatives from each class sets up the program, elects the cheerleaders, and arranges the annual athletic banquet. Awards are presented on the basis of a point system, the highest award being the school blazer which is earned by any junior or senior girl accumulating a thousand points.
