Each applicant attends a general information session, a small group interview and has a personal interview with a Stattmember from the Department of Residence Hall Lite. All resident advisers return to campus one week before the residence halls open for the fall semester to participate in what Dean Pond called Ha strenuous and intensive training session. Finding out things about UK, things that Ashland Community College didn't have, has been enlightening, she said.
