For ninety years the Unix'ersity of Kentucky has been a leader of education in the South. During the last fifty 0t those tears, the Kelltnekian Yearbook has become a symhol to those who have been fortunate enough to attend this in stitution. The Kentrlekizm is not only a .symhol of attendance ilt this University: it is also the mark of a collection of mem- ories garnered here. Since 1905 the graduates who have left Lexington haw taken these lllemories home in our book. The graduating seniors of 1955 will someday took hack into the past through these pages. seeing old friends; re- membering the good times and the bad times when they were part of our school. They will remember hoth the moments when they were part of a sereuming crowd at a ball game and when the same, crowd was silent at Bucca- laureate.
