MISS VIVIAN ANN BATTAGLIA Laredo, Texas Baclzelor of Science in Nursing Vivian Ann graduated from Ursuline Academy in Laredo and transferred to IWC from Laredo Junior College in her sopho- more year. She has served as secretary for the junior class at Santa Rosa and is presently active in Phi Lambda Chi and the Texas Nursing Students Association. She has a wide variety of interests which include good music and reading. After grad- uation Vivian plans to continue her nursing career. MISS ANN BLANCHARD Taipei. Taiwan Baclzelor of Arts in Sociology Since Ann entered Incarnale Word in her sophomore year. she has been very active in campus organizations. She was president of the International Relations Club and secretary of the junior class. She is also a memlver of Alpha Chi. the Sodality, and Whos Who in American Colleges and Universities. A sociology major, Ann plans to attend graduate school and to enter the field of social work. MISS DOROTHY BOECKER Weslaco, Texas Bachelor of Science in Elemenlary Education Dorothy has all the qualifications of an ideal elementary school teacher: love of children, patience, and interest in learning. She has been an active member of the International Relations Club. the National Education Association, and the Apostleship of Prayer.
