The Activities Honorary Society honors student lead- ers on campus by electing students of outstanding achievement in the fields of extra-curricular activities to join their ranks. Its goal is to encourage more participa- tion in extra-curricular activities. ALPHA LAMBDA DELTA Alpha Lambda Delta is an honorary society for those ambitious freshmen girls who start with a 4.5 average and are able to maintain it for the rest of their college career. They offer tutoring services well worth taking advantage of and in the few spare moments left to them they act as hostesses for any affair the dean of women may present . Their meetings consist of movies from historical groups and occasional trips in original steam engines.
