With shoulders heavily laden, the three vice presidents of the University of Houston aid greatly in furthering the long-range development, current and future physical assets, and improvement in the over-all staff of instructors. Heading the group, with a long-time service record at the University, is Mr. C. F. Mc- Elhinney, vice president and business manager. His first year at the University, Dr. Philip G. Hoffman is vice president and Dean of Facul- ties. He came from the Northwest: Portland State College. Mr. Patrick J. Nicholson, vice president, University Development, has an aim ever on the future.
