FRENCetCLUB The Comme Ct Comme Ca Club is com- posed of students enrolled in the French Class at the day college. The club was or- ganized tor the purpose of stimulating inter- est in the language, customs, and traditions of the Frenchrspeakinq peoples. As much of the meetings as possible are conducted in French to give the members CIS much practical French as possible. Members of the club Ctre: Bettie Brewster, Louise Campbell, Eunice Carroll, Douglas E. Carter, Bernard Caughltn, Travis Miller, Freeman Nixon, Bonnie Luscher, Virqie Oelerich, Ruth O'Leary, Marguerite Morris, Nell Peters, Ed Vogler, Evelyn Sloan, Evelyn Schroeder. Professor Iules Vern is sponsor. HOCKEYTEAM When Coach McElhinney issued ct call for hockey players, a green team answered. Eddie Chernosky was the only letterman returning from last year. However, several 0f the players had been stars in their high school days and the school was represented by a fighting bunch of puck-pushers. The lock of reserve material was the main draW- back to the team, forcing the players to play through a whole game without rest. At the end of the season the players were presenied with silver watch fobs.
