The purpose ot the Future l-lomemakers is to develop leadership, promote better home and Community relations and further interest in Home Economics and related careers, The club adapted a boy in the Mexia State School this past year, sold candy for Viet Nam children, collected stamps to support a children's hospital in Norway, and collected eye glasses tor the sight of the needy. The unit presidents are Bianca Duron, Rita Engelke, Marsha Stewart, Natalie Walker, and Carol Wenzel. The unit vice-presidents are Jeanne Goolsbee, Connie Haynes, Fay Lopez and Barbara Lopez.

i.c.t. Where can some of the hardest- working people in school be found? In the ICT Club, of course! The members of the ICT Club are participants in the Industrial Cooperative Training Pro- gram in which students attend classes in the morning and train for a vocation in the afternoon. The club works to achieve its purpose of developing leadership by participating in Teacher Appreciation Day and by giving Thanksgiving baskets to the needy. Singing and dancing portrays the fun- loving spirit of the Pan-American Student Forum. They have proven to be a group that is anxious to promote better understanding among Americans and the Spanish-speaking peoples of the world. The club has sponsored several activities, including a Christmas party for the children of the Latin-American neighborhood center.
