You're out! Defeated again! These were only a few of the calls which the University Titans never had to hear .... Well maybe just one or twice!?! The varsity team started out new this year with most of its players being brought up from .I.V., plus the returning nine from last year. The newest member is the new and eager coach Don Ressa, who, as the head coach completes the team. His willingness to play and achieve was an added advantage to the team along with their own goals and ideas, and the diligent help of Mr.Crosby and Mr. Garcia in getting the guys around the bases. Baseball Swings into the Season The junior varsity team headed out this past year with great enthusiasm. Mr. Lusk coached the team again for the second year, and all the guys enjoyed his learning experiences. The team, whose members were mostly sophomores, had great potential and all of it was put to use in defending the U-High team. Y. A -l 87
