12 Mathematics-the Language Math is the language of all Science, joked Mr. Dave Orahood as he explained why the Mathematics and Science Departments are combined into one unit at U-Hi. The reply was more than just a quick quip. Mr. Orahood emphasized that without a good education in math it is very difficult to advance in any form of science.
