Administration Proves Busy A new starting time and a new Senior class schedule most reminded students of Central Administration work this year. But there is a lot more to it than that explained Mr. Charles Stocker, Assistant Su- perintendent of Schools. Mr. Stocker said that an earlier starting time for the Senior High Schools provided enough time to bus elementary stu- dents at the end of the day. Superintendent Dr. George Eisentrout approved the tinal schedule adjustment which required arriving 15 minutes earlier. A new basic eduction law required Seniors to attend a full 180 days of school. This rule was implemented by CV administration, but was not their decision, Mr. Stocker said. District Administration is acc- omplished under the super- vision of the tive School Board members elected from the CV community. These members volunteer their etforts all year to assure a smooth running school program. Mr. Stocker emphasized that all persons in the central administration staff relate to the U-hi program. From time to time everyone is involved in curriculum planning, text- book selection, staff selection, and general problem sol- ving for the Univesity student body. Fields were plowed and new grass was planted. Projects such as this are the responsibility of the School Board and the Central Administration as they pro- vide for the needs of U-Hi and all district schools.
