ITi.o 4 ■ 4 f f f ' ,A jte aicl the students is the goal of the library and cJrhe people working in it. The library consists of ap- proximately 10,500 books and 1 12 periodicals. Miss n Armstrong is the head librarian; Mr. Richard Ardery and twelve high school students serve as her assist- ants. Miss Armstrong and her staff are kept busy each day shelving, checking, mending, processing, ordering books, and filing cards. The school nurse, Mrs. Fran Winslow, with the help of her six office assistants, one per hour, at- tempts to keep us in good health. Dr. Borland is in the office for an average of seven hours a week. Our cafeteria is staffed by six cooks with four- teen students assisting them. It serves 500 people an hour and a half. Sophomore Vickie Patterson works at the cash register. Mr. Frank Smith is in charge of the bookstore, and is aided by four .student clerks. It is open five days iflJ ' r ,i, a week from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and stocks many use- il ' r Ll ' and necessary supplies.
