-.uf Claflky Mr. Ruby Michael returned to us this year as Dean of Boys and teach- er of Freshman mathematics. In 1938, when the University School first opened, Mr. Michael was critic teacher in mathematics He stayed with us and with Indiana University through the second semester 1941 42 I-le then went to Seymour l-ligh School as principal for the remainder of 1942 and part of 1943 ln March 1943 Mr Michael left Seymour for the Army Air Corps Mr Michael received his A B de gree at DePauw University in 1927 and his M A at Columbia University in 931 Miss Ruth Alexander who has been with us since 1938 when the school was completed and opened came from Bloomington l-ligh School where she taught Latin At the Uni versity School she has taught Latin and English she has been dean of girls for the past three years Miss Alexander graduated from the State Teachers College at Terre Haute She received her A B and A M from Indiana University TR-st Mr. Ellerbrook, who is with us for the first time this year, is in charge of the elementary grades at Uni- versity School.
