THE PER GRADUS BANQUET The fourteenth annual banquet of Per Gradus lrterrry souetv was held on lsrlday April 25 at the Hotel lcrederrck At seven o clock the members of Per hradus and the faculty assembled ln the dlnlng room The room was prettrly decorated wlth purpl and gold Gradus thls year The letters P C rn purpl and Gold decorated the wlndow curtalns and the table was formed rn a hu e letter P The color cheme wa carried out ln the place cards and the members wore rrbbons of correspondmg colors A temptmg dmner served ln five course was followed by a program of toasts wlth Mr Kazda presrdlng as toa tma ter Mr l'11dJohn Tl'1OYllCf on related Our Past and Mlss Fanme Putcamp poke for Our Young Women MISS Elm Melstad furnr hed us with humor which was followed wth muslc by MISS Ruby l-lalvorson Mr Leon Brown spoke of Loyalty as represented by Per Gradlans rn the ervrce Mr Oscar Florence who repre ented the Alumnl gave an lIlSplI'll'1g talk on Success Supermtendent C C Schmldt gave a very rnterestmg address on Development of Per Gradus Mr Kazda proved a very entertarnlng and CH:lClCUt toasmaster It may be afely sard that the Per C-radus banquet thls year was one of the largest and best ever glven 40 s,-: - , , , ' ' , . . t . , 3 . . , , . . . . - ' .
