F. Cramer superintendent of the Eugene Public Schools exerts a decided influence upon the administrative and curricular activities of U. H. S. Students mav not be aware of the superintendents influence because his policies are transmitted to us throuvh Xlr. Rloorc and the teachers. Dr. Cramer however has done much in the way of equalization of teacher salarits teacher tenure, and closer integration if U. H.
