Second down, four Yahrs To Go Aren't they greet Icids? asks Mr. McCune, their adviser, as he proudly views the eighth graders speeding from class to class. When we think of the progressive Science Club that the class organized, we readily agree. The prospective ninth graders, with Edward Clapp, president. John Beatty, vice-president. and Margaret Beddall, secretary-treas- urer. boast of a shooting gallery at the carnival, of four successful parties at Shevlin. and of their Queen candidate, Margaret Beddall. Because all their enterprises so far have been successful, they feel that they can confidently say it's second down, four 'yahrs' to go! TOP: 3rd ROW: H. Setter, Buchu. Merreid, levy. Peed.
