Dear 1970 College of Great Falls Graduates: You have completed your college baccalaureate degree during very exciting times. Take the college years that you have just completed. If possible, would you trade them for the early decades of the Twentieth Century? For the sensation-seeking years of the l920's? For the job-seeking years of thet1930's ? For the war-confused years of the l940Ys 7 Or for the corroding apathy of the 1950's ? s If any particular single thing characterizes the college man or Woman of today, it is the , passionate surge for personal involvement in the many unsolved problems that still plague our affluent society. - , During the entire history of higher education, I doubt if there has ever been a more exciting or rewarding time to be a student.
