HENDHEN, A.B., M.A., Ph.D (Acting Dean of the Gollege of Arts and Sciences) Dean Hendren came to the University of Georgia in September of 1908, after having taught at Trinity Park Preparatory School and holding the following positions: Assistant in Physics at Columbia, Associate Professor of Applied Math at Trinity College and Pro- fessor of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Georgia. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Phi Kappa Phi, Georgia Academy of Science, and the American Ph sical Societv. He is also a fellow in the American Association for Ad ancement of Science.
