It works constantly through and with the President, especially in matters of administration. Board members represent a variety of occupations and geo- graphical locations, but they have the common goal of making Findlay College a better college. 13

For four years, Dr. O. J, Wilson has been the living and vital symbol of Findlay College. Through his leadership, the Development Campaign is meeting with success and has already brought with it the construction of two new buildings and substantial salary increases for faculty members. President Wilson's chief accomplishment is the accreditation of the college by the North Central Associa- tion of Colleges and Secondary Schools. 12
