Spring Week-End Proves to be the Best Yet Extrasensory perception- possible or not possible? Dave Hoy won over some unbelievers but skeptics still remain. And thus began Spring Week-end. The crude contest was cancelled- UE students are too crude. The plans of powerful university students were halted by mousy little ladies from the SPCA who wouldn't even accept our pennies. Corfield made his last big move by verbally assaulting the mousy little ladies for their narrow-minded provincial thinking much to the delight of UE students. And then Miss UE was chosen the only beauty singled out on campus for her own merits her own beauty her own talent her own intellect and not for the popularity and power of her sorority. lt's a contest among individuals yet the sorority reaps in all the glory. ZTA's Lynn Butler deserved her honor. The Buffalo Springfields The Outsiders big-name bands at a small school and the majority didn't bother to hear 'em
