Covington was elected secretary at that time, but did not return to school and in the fall quarter Ethel Hamilton was elected secretary to fill the vacancy. Last spring the student body voted for the Student Government officers in one of the largest all-campus elections. Ralph Weber was elected president, Ed Fly was named vice president and Billie Jean Miller was to serve as treasurer. Mrs. Jeanette Yates Student council is composed of the four SGA officers and nine committee chairmen.
