The University . . . What is the University of Dubuque? A collection of buildings, some old, some new, some not yet completed. And yet the physical plant is not enough. The University is a staff and faculty, dedicated, well trained, willing and able to guide the minds of those who come to study. Those who come to study - the students compose the third com- ponet which makes up the University. Eager intellects seeking new knowledge, eager hands exploring new areas of research, fertile and impressionable minds ready to grasp new ideas and re-examine the old. These facets, buildings, staff, and students add up to the University as it exists today. A university that is quite different from that of fifty years ago and one that is daily changing. In the 1963 KEY, we will attempt to focus on the many factors that make up our University and life on our Campus. Our faculty, organizations, events, and ourselves, all making this a unique year at the University of Dubuque. Buildings O Q 6 -,.
