In addition to the regular programs offered by the University, special terminal programs have been set up to meet the needs of the returning veterans. Summary of officially released Federal Educa- tional Benefits Under the “G. I. Bill” (Public Law 346): Any man or woman who served in the active military or naval service on or after September 16, 1940, and prior to the termination of the present war is entitled to educational benefits under the “G.
