En- rollment has more than trebled since 1920, and the total registration for this ear will exceed eight hun- dred. This school has for its purpose the training of ex- perts to an outstanding degree, after they h:ue ac- quired a foundation for learning. It is here that students produce original work in independent in- vestigation and research to push back the borders of knowledge a little farther into the infinite unknown. To encourage endeasur toward this goal, no definite courses are followed, but subjects bearing on the par- ticular fields are studied.
