William H. Klingenberg Cupper leftj, a 1955 graduate of CMSU, replaced State Senator Robert Iohnson. In 1978-79, Klingenberg served as National Alumni Association president, and is presently vice president of reinsurance services for Business Men's Assurance in Kansas City. His term on the Board will expire December 1982. Richard Morris fleftj, a graduate of Park Col- lege, replaced Alvin Brooks, whose term had ex- pired. Morris is executive director of Urban Civic Services Employment and Training Systems. His term will run until January 1985. new reorganization plan Was unveiled by University President Dr. James M. kyhaven Airport's latest addi- tion, the new airport administra- tion building, was completed this year. The structure provides offices for air- port administrative and instructional staffs, a flight planning room, pilot lounge and instructional area for stu- dents in the flight program. Also completed is a new 3,900-foot paved runway which is 75 feet wide. he long sought after 54.9 million Technical Arts Building was ap- proved by Governor Ioseph Teasdale in july. The structure will be located on the corner of Broad Street and Maguire Street. The new building will contain eight laboratories, two special classrooms, four storage rooms and space for the Department of Electricity and Elec- tronics.
