Class Representatives: Dick Sather, Barbara McBride, and Fred Hayward The Executive Council, in its official capacity, represents the student body in legislative and admin- istrative matters. lt prepares the A. S. U. C. R. budget and controls the expenditure of the funds. All campus elections are controlled by the Council, as are the by-laws of the student boards and com- missions. Among the matters of business facing the i959 Council are the questions of increasing the fr , 0' ' student activity fee and the abolishment of foot- ball at U. C. R. Elections for Executive Council are held each spring, with many hard-fought races for the l3 positions.
