Throughout the year the Big C turned green. Freshman Class The Freshman Class did something this year that was very . . . they sponsored an event which actually made money . . . something that is almost unknown among class councils. The event was their well-publicized Twist Contest held this spring and they are still being congratulated on their financial dexterity. They also worked on the Big C Circus and had speakers at their meetings and, much to their discredit, they lost the Frosh-Soph Brawl for the first time in recorded history! Stanford ' s men will soon be routed By our dazzling C And when we serpentine, Their red will turn to green, In our hour of victo—ry. Larry Wentzel Yell Leader Junior Class Resting on the laurels of a highly successful Soph Week and looking ahead to the perils of Senior Class meetings in the Rathskellar, the Junior class spent most of its time in social activities. Dinner were held during dinner time at the various sororities and most of the planning was centered around our two boat trips. We drank our way around the Bay twice and ended the year with a bang. . . a fantastic beer bust to welcome our new class president. Poor guy!
