Uren teaches efficiency in the im- provement and development of mining. Charles Derleth Jr., Dean of Engineering, helps conduct governmental and industrial research along with regular instruction. Practical instruction in teach- ing is provided by the School of Education under Dean Frank N. Freeman. The School of Juris- prudence, guided by Edwin Dickinson, prepares students for law and legal research. Sydney B.
