if ,sip -turbo: X ' , Kappa Alpha lzefa KAPPA ALPHA THETA, first Greek letter fraternity for women, was founded in 1870 at DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana by four of the college's first women stu- dents. Today Theta is one of the largest national women's fraternities with over 40,000 members in the 70 active chapters throughout Canada and the United States.
