The College of Education also offered physical education and health classes to give students an outlet for aerobic exercise that was harder to skip than one’s own workout routine. Making the most of campus’ natural surroundings, students were often found biking, hiking or just relaxing on crisp, sunny days. [Photo by University Relations] Opening • 5
