Treasury Department Citation. % jimp Director of the Music Library of NBC, New York, William Paisley (BA ’26) is one of the few UofA alumni to achieve success and prominence in show business. He is also a member of ASCAP and the American Guild of Authors and Composers. MOVIE and TV Communications and expression of thought affect our lives as no other field of work. Through the media of television and movies, the very mores and customs of our society change and vary. In these fields, UofA alumni have related their thoughts and ideas, ordering the living habits of many. Modeling, the instrument of expression for thought in fashion design, largely helps to dictate our habits of dress and deportment. Among the highest paid photog¬ raphers’ models in New York is an alumna of the UofA. Ambitious thought and expression mark the careers of those who have left Arkansas to seek success in these lucrative fields.
