Dr. Lee A. Torrence Vice President of Administration and Student Affairs The office of the Administration and Student Affairs is under the advice of the president of the college. This office serves as an assistant to the president of A.M. N. College. DR. LEE A. TORRENCE Dr. Torrence obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from A.M. N. College, however he has worked and received his Master’s Degree from Marquette University. Dr. Torrence has done further study at the following highly rated insti- tutions of education: University of Arkansas, University of Wisconsin, Colorado State College and the University of Oklahoma. He received his Doctorate of Education Degree from the University of Kentucky.

Davis Vice President For Academic Affairs Research and Development The vice president of the office of Academic Affairs, Research and Development, is under the direction of Dr. R. C. Davis. Dr. Davis has made and advocated a lucrative program, both physical and academic, for the betterment of our college. The purpose of this highly intricate office is to utilize and promote maximum academic and physical expansion for the college. For example, expansion of curriculum, pro- motion of greater recreational programs, physical expan- sion and the development of highly objective personnel, to deal with monetary affairs. Acquiring federal aid, is another of the many important duties performed by this office. 21

MR. JOSEPH A. RAMOS Vice President of Fiscal Affairs and Comptroller This unique office, is one, to be looked upon with the respect of all, because the responsibilities are many and are highly complex. The office of Fiscal Affairs and Comptrol- ler is under the administration of Mr. Joseph A. Ramos. Mr. Ramos has worked with concern and diligence in this — Say, i He ey ke ng : a 5 office since he first assumed the position. A difficult task to be performed by this office, is to recognize the educational needs and desires of the college. In another aspect, the office looks after the business affairs and this requires a person with above average reasoning, abilities and college training. For such qualifications, Mr. Ramos most capably fills the position. 23
