It is filled with phone calls, conferences, meetings, speaking engagements and hand shakes. It is a life spliced by mountains of papers, frequent interruptions while he is busily working and extensive plan- ning and contemplation for tomorrow’s problems and to- morrow ’s responsibilities. Despite all this, the President still finds time to enjoy his favorite sports, hunting and fishing — which gives him an opportunity to escape the closed atmosphere that he’s usually in, due to his work. Men who stand tall among tall men, men who live and die by principle and whose fight always ends in victory are leaders, such a man is President Lawrence A. Davis.
