The students of our state are a constant source of inspiration to me. You are a part of the vast potential of capable people in Arkansas who can make our state motto uLand of Opportunityu even more meaningful. I am hopeful that you are aware of the faith that I and so many others have in you. Each of you has already assumed the responsibility of study and preparation for your career.
