Houscd within the Museum of the University of Arizona are many in- teresting and unusual specimens of early historical value. A staff works full-time to maintain the condition of the Indian art and to preserve the fine work. Tree-ring charts, pottery, early In- dian implements, masks, costumes and woven rugs are found here in addition to miniature adobe pueblos and many varieties of kachina dolls. The building is used by many off- campus peopleg children from several elementary schools and Tucson win- ter visitors tour the museum each year.
