CURTAIN CALL Curtain Call, the first dramatics club of Unity Senior High School was organized in October 1949. ' It has a three-fold purpose: 1. To give some entertainment for the public. 2. To increase acting ability of students. 3. To gain some knowledge and appreciation of current plays. In December, all club members who could meet the necessary requirements, were initiated into the National Thespian Assoc- iation and a Charter for Troupe No. 1011 was granted to Unity Senior High School. With this aim we presented the serious cantata The Wondrous Story and the colorful Twas the Night Before Christmas. Did the Cherubim Song at contest transform us to cherubs? We appeared though oriental in The Mikado with saucy Pitti thirsty Katisha and austere Pooh-Bah.
