ELLIS SIMLER ROLLAND WITTLER ROBERT DITTMER DONALD FRAZIER LEONARD NIEKAMP ROGER ALLEN GALEN PARRACK KEITH SICKLES Board of Education The Board of Education of Community Unity No. 4, composed of seven elected members, is responsible for the organiza- tion and administration of the school. Galen Parrack, a real estate dealer, who filled an unexpired term, has now served seven years. He was president during 1967-1968. Keith Sickles, Manager of Ursa Co-op, and Donald Frazier, a farmer, are complet- ing their sixth years. Mr. Sickles served as secretary this year. Robert Dittmer and Roland Wittier, farmers, have completed three years. Mr. Allen, a business executive and Mr. Niekamp, a farmer, were elected in 1967. The responsibilities of the Board are varied. Mr. Simler served his second full year as Superintendent. Mr. Ralph Payne, as Elementary coordinator and Federal program supervisor,and Mr. J. F. Dopp, as Unity High Principal, completed two years of service. Mr. William Dieterick is the attorney for the district. 6
