KEITH SICKLES DONALD FRAZIER ROLLAND WITTLER GALEN PARRACK DONALD PETER JAMES SPOHR BOARD OF EDUCATION The Board of Education of Community Unit No. 4, composed of seven elected members, is responsible for the organization and administration of the school. Galen Parrack, a real estate dealer, who filled an unexpired term, has now served five years and was reelected the spring of 1966. Mr. Parrack served as secretary in 1965-1966. James Spohr, a carpenter, who also filled an unexpired term, has served two years of this term. Don Peter, a farmer, was the president this year and has served five years. Keith Sickles, Manager of Uras Co-op, and Donald Frazier, a farmer, are completing their fourth years. Robert Dittmer and Rolland Wittier, farmers, have completed one term and were reelected this spring. The responsibilities of the Board this year have varied. They have been concerned with the building of the grade school at Loraine. In November, Mr. Norman Arnold, the Superintendent, resigned to take a position in the State office. Mr. Ellis Simler, the Unity High Principal, was selected to serve as Superintendent for the Unit in addition to his duties as Unity High Principal. Mr. James Steinman has been the Assistant Super- intendent and Director of Pupil Personnel Services. Mr. William Dieterick is the attorney for the district. 6
