Advisors play an important role in man student activities, such as planning class schecllules, conferring on scho- lastic progress, recording absences and tardies, discussing personal problems, supervising stu- dent activities, directing testing programs, and planning assembly programs. Another vital phase of an advisor's job is to provide the link between student, teacher, and parent.
