During the last four years, you have received the best education and training to prepare you for the responsibilities and obligations which lie ahead. As our future military leaders, you are the men and women in whom the American people have placed their trust. I am confident that this trust is in good hands. Our basic military mission has remained constant for more than 200 years. In today's continuously changing world, however, the dimensions of that task have become more challenging. By accepting these challenges you reflect the spirit and hopes of today's generation and generations to come. Congratulations again on your considerable achievement.
