E-2 Captain JEFFREY DEAN SMITH San Diego, California Even with a hole in his head, inch for inch. Jeff was probably one of the most intelligent men at West Point. As such, life with Jeff was always interesting at home in New York City or presiding over the United States. Aviation WAYNE RAIFORD SMITH F 4 Richmond, Virginia Captain Smitty was the All-American Matman from Rich- mond, If something had to be done and nobody else wanted to do it. Smitty was the man to turn to. He could always find time for everybody, Smitty ' s hard workouts in the weight room were paralleled only by Mr. Universe. Things will get done wherever Smitty is.
