Dear Class of 2021, These four years have been some of the most rewarding, though tasking, times of our lives. Our experiences at the Academy and at sea have formed us into new men and women - patriots who will be doing great things for our country. Let us not forget the time at the Academy, nor our fellow midshipman that we have lost along the way. These times have come to a close, but they will continue to be ever-present in our memories and stories. The Class of 2021 Board would like to thank everyone for letting us serve you in all our endeavors. Remember nothing is beyond your reach as long as you're willing to work for it. Acta Non Verba. Most sincerely, 2021 Board Kyle Pins, President John Cairns, Vice-President Dawson Hicks, Treasurer Jennifer Stelnicki, Secretary

Plebe Year We first set foot on the ground we would call home for the next (hopefully) 4 years on June 27th, 2017. We went through three weeks of INDOC. where we shaved our heads, squared our comers, and learned what it meant to be a plebe. Snap pops and zealous greetings filled the air around campus as we shuffled to and from classes with backpacks in hand. Every Sunday at the PKT we got to hear suggestions on we could improve, and respectful disagreements with our actions thus far. all while testing our knowledge. In the Academic buildings we learned bow from stem and how engines work, the basics upon which we would build our future careers. Calculus. Physics, and Chemistry picked off a fair few of our brothers and sisters. And of course, who could forget the sexy pics we got in our fire gear over in New Jersey? On Parent's Day weekend we got to see our families again and show them around campus, impressing them with how much we had changed. Once finally granted liberty we got to explore the Big Apple and all she had to offer, with Rose's Pizza in Penn Station quickly becoming a staple of our diets. Back on campus, the quest towards Recognition raged on with everything from chalking up the campus to decorating the Grinder with boats from the pier. Tragically, our shark was brutally murdered when CDR McCarthy and Lt Jaeger kicked it off the roof. All is not lost though, as they live on today within our class seal. A blizzard struck campus and the Noro virus ravaged our ranks in the midst of the Dark Ages, with the Winter Ball providing a nice distraction. Finally, it was time to get back to the grind, as we churned through recognition steps in an attempt to finally free ourselves. On April 7th. 2018 we were Recognized, racing up and down the museum hill and wrestling our training staff in the mud pit. Finally, the year concluded with our class being split, with half destined for sea while the other stayed on campus for another trimester. plebc year, we decorated the grinder with cars, ar jrely some sweat. Our first spirit mission, depictec ons featured decorating the campus. In accordant flags up the pole and did hors, tables, boats, golf carts, flaming arrows, printers, tbove, shows the origins of our mischief. Not all of our with our recognition steps, we also hoisted all 50 state i beach clean-up! After seeing the loss of MIDN Foster as RTOA. and being fooled by Chad a couple of times, we were duped a Final time at the Regimental Drill Competition . We endured log PT, hill climbs, and pulling a fire truck, but we emerged successfully as muddy and tired as 4 C.
