Congratulations Class of 2014 June 21, 2014 Class of 2014: It is one of the greatest honors of my life to be the president of the Kings Point Class of 2014.1 cannot believe how fast and how slow, at times, our four years went at Kings Point. There were many dark times at the academy especially during plebe year. However, I will recall these memories and be thankful for the friendships that got us through the difficult times at Kings Point and will remain with us for life. There were many shenanigans pulled within the barracks and other plebe nonsense that help contribute to our class’s comradery and spirit. We have sweat, tears, wild times, and Kings Point Park to hold us to our bonds. Ultimately the 2014 bonded friendships brought epic social events and awesome memories: Ring Dance, Senior Luau, 300,200,100 nights, June Ball, Battle Standard Dinner, and of course our weekly Wednesday Pub Nights. As we progress through our lives and careers, my memories will shine warmly with the talented and gifted individuals from the class of 2014 whom I am honored to call my classmates. The greatest assets that the Academy has given me are my classmates, the graduates of the class of 2014.1 honestly never thought graduation day would come; but enduring through the four years has earned us the right to call ourselves Kings Pointers and no one can take that away from us. I look forward to seeing all of you at future reunions, I am sure we will celebrate our memories of our Kings Point journey like we did during our four years at the academy. Stay safe and may Fair Winds and Following Seas always be with you 2014. Ryan Raffo President 4
