“It is an honoranda privilege to teach at Kings Point.” -CDR Raymond Gardner CDR Raymond Gardenr graduated from the USMMA in 1979. He believes that midship- men learn “to he more than good seafarers. They also learn to be good shipmates.” Says CDR Gardner: “Thank you very much for the honor that you have provided by dedicating your yearbook to me.
